Mallory Starr is the President, Institute of Management Consultants, Inc. for the Washington, DC Region. He also is a Director of Sequoia Presidential Yacht Group, LLC and a Board member of Somerset House and Somerset House Management Association. He has lived with his wife, Joan, in Maryland for the past 30 years and has been a member of the Institute of Management Consultants since 1986. He has US and international experience on management auditing, corporate development and marketing research and development assignments with Pharmacia Biotech, Beijing Stress Management Company, Sakae Japan, SAIC, Control Data, and Satellite Business Systems Corporation when it was a partnership company of IBM, COMSAT and Aetna. His experience history includes family business consultation and 15 years as a psychologist and internal management consultant with a large medical services organization. He also has experience on projects with some US governmental agencies and has authored publications on international assignment planning and cultural adjustment factors, critical incident debriefing, management auditing, and team development.
